Trillion Commerce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to business interruption, loss of profits, loss of data, or system downtime.

9. Warranties

We provide our services using commercially reasonable care and skill. However, we do not guarantee that our website, software, or automation services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every business requirement.

10. Project Delays

Project timelines depend upon timely communication and approval from the client. Delays caused by the client may result in revised delivery schedules.

11. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without notice if a client:

• Uses our services for unlawful activities.
• Fails to make required payments.
• Abuses or threatens our staff.

12. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only where required by law or where specifically stated in a written agreement. Completed work, consultation services, custom development, and setup fees are generally non-refundable.
